Well I can't remember that last time I saw you (lol) but I went from an 96' 850r to 06' S60r, so I upgraded just a little bit...

Oh nice. One of my friends has a 2.5L with kkk k24/k26 hybrid turbo, front mount intercooler, cold air intake, tune for 22 psi, and a few other goodies. How much was it putting down at the wheels?

edit: Lol, just talked to him and he said he knows Dave who took the picture. Small world.

Oh you must be talking about Evan's car??? Its a black wagon with Ultraleggeras on it... he put down 291/287. The dave you mentioned must be Baxter, I forget his first name but ya thats from his camera.

Mine put down 252/272 completely stock, which is very pleasing when average is in the 24x/25x range :bday:

No, it's my friend Chris' car I'm talking about. He's from Lexington and also has a BMW E30 track car.

Funny you say that, Red Tint Film is on the way right now. I am resitant to paint them (I have commitment issues) so they are getting the film. I'll post pics here or on MASIOC when they are done.

Good luck with that! I had tinted overlays on initially. Then they were not on perfectly, and someone buffed the corner so they looked funky. Then I took em off and tried to put on Red Film, and kept failing and making bubbles. So I ended up having a guy from New England Subarus.com paint 'em for $100. He warranties the paint for life, and says it won't fade.

I agree though, I wouldn't want to paint my own lights.

Got my new set of wheels mounted. 18" Dinan FM5's. I now have 4 sets of wheels for my car ROFL. Still need to roll the rear fenders but I backed it out of the garage for the first time in months for a couple photos. I'm usually not a fan of stretched tires but I had to to get the most epic wheels ever to fit.

And a little bit of progress with the interior. I look like such a hardparker with the interior and the low offset wheels but I've to a set of 16.8 lb 17" Kosei K1s to throw on for the track days. Steering wheel is for sale if anyones interested.

Post Re: what do you drive?
Just picked up a 2010 Tayota Tacoma, 4 door, long bed (6', no too long) I love it. Sold my beloved Ford F350 with a 7.3l diesel, 170,000 miles. The toyota is no F350 but i get just about double the milage. It was getting a bit rediculous to haul a MTB and get 8-11 mpg. Just put a 3" suspension lift in it, I tinted the windows and like all my vehicles, put air hornes in it, they are hidden you cant see them. I dont have a picture, but will take one.
