Is it too early to ask about an opening date for the bike park?

I'm sure 229 will chime in with an update, but after the winter they had this year, I'm guessing there'll be Class 3 rapids from the melt off sill running down Backside in July.

The park opens 6-21-13. I'm sure there'll still be snow in Barker at that point.

The Gould trails should be sweet by then. There will more than likely be trails on the hill that have been cleaned at that point as well.

Sweet, thanks man, Gould trails would be perfect and I've never ridden there. There's still mondo snow-pack in the woods up here so it'll be a while before we can ride any of the local trails, wanted to get some in while I was out of town. Thanks!

Any new updates to report at Sunday River this year? I can't wait to get back there.

Could anyone share some insight as to where exactly the trailhead is for Gould Trails on the Grover Hill Rd?

Enter Grover Hill Road from Songo Pond Road and the trail head is abuut 1/2 mile on your right, if I recall.
