and if something was to ever happen and no parts are available specialized will just up you w/ a new frame and shock. Sometimes its good to roll w/ big companies for this very reason.

Re: 2011 Specialized Enduro Evo How is proprietary other than the mounting bracket? Are you able to remove the bracket from the shock? other than that it is a RC4. If Fox can't fix it Push can. The bike looks super rad. What does it weigh?

I believe Specialized actually gave this bike the ability to change shocks. Not proprietary at all. Any shock will fit...correct length and stroke of course.

It weighs 30lbs 2oz's with pedals.
